How to reset your password

We get it! With all the passwords we need to keep and remember these days, it's easy to forget one. Fear not, below are the steps to easily reset your password.

1. Navigate to the cargo.one login page https://app.cargo.one/login

2. Click on "Forgot your password?" as shown below:

3. On the new page, add your business email address and click on the "Send reset link" 

4. You will immediately receive your Reset Password link in your inbox 📥
Please note the link expires in 30 minutes; if it does, you can request a new one.
 

5. In the email you received, click on the red button called "Reset Password" or copy the link into your web browser.

6. You will be redirected to set the new password, which needs to be a minimum of 8 characters.
 

That's all! Your new password is saved 🚀
