We understand that FCL contracts are distinguished by their inherent variability. That's why Cargofive offers detailed, personalized processing and optimized management for each contract.

What does Cargofive process for FCL contracts?

• POL/POD Routes:

Tariff processing for port-to-port, door-to-door, and port-to-door routes interchangeably.

• Surcharges:

All surcharges associated with each route are processed.

• Local Charges:

The platform manages all local charges indicated within each contract, and will indicate when they are included.

• Validity Dates:

Cargofive allows you to establish and manage multiple validity dates for each route, surcharge, or local charge, ensuring that rates and conditions are applied correctly in each period.

• Transit Time (TT):

To provide more accurate TT and service information, we connect our system with the Bigschedules integration, where we find information from the vast majority of shipping lines.

In the event that a shipping line is not included in this integration, the system will add this information directly from the contract.

• Remarks:

The system facilitates the inclusion of relevant observations and comments for each contract, improving communication and coordination between all parties involved.

• Overweight (OW):

Cargofive considers the excessive weight of the cargo (Overweight), allowing the management of the extra cost that may be generated.

• Dangerous cargo:

Tariffs for dangerous cargo and their respective associated surcharges are also processed, distinguishing them from the general tariffs applicable to general cargo.

• Arbitraries:

The system accurately handles arbitraries, those additional costs that may arise on complex routes.

• Commodity:

The type of commodity is considered for those routes that specify it.

• Filtered columns:

The filtered columns are processed. If there is information that does not need to be processed, you must remove it from the file.
