Cargolux: How to create an account

Step 1: Register with Cargolux

To create an account with Cargolux and register your IATA CASS with them, all you need to do is click on the link below:

You'll be redirected to write an email to digital_marketplaces@cargolux.com.

To proceed smoothly with your registration, make sure you send them the following details:

• Your branch's name

• Your CASS number

• Your email address

• Your telephone number

• Your branch's full address

• Your VAT (if the airline requires it)

   

Step 2: Enable Cargolux offers on cargo.one

When the airline confirms your account creation is completed, they will provide you with an account number, your CMS. This is always a 7-digit numeric sequence starting with 4 (sometimes EUR is added at the end).

Once you have the CMS number, you can enable their offers on cargo.one by following these easy steps:

1. Log in to cargo.one and go to the tab "Airline Rates"

2. Perform a search via the CASS number you have just registered, selecting a lane offered by Cargolux

3. Find the airline in the list and click on "Get access"
   
   

4. The system will ask you to type the account number; make sure there are no typos.

   

5. Add the account number to start seeing the airline's offers immediately! 🚀
