Finnair: How to create an account

Step 1: Register with Finnair

To create an account with Finnair and register your IATA CASS with them, all you need to do is click on the link below:

You'll be redirected to write an email to customer.masterdata@finnair.com.

To proceed smoothly with your registration, make sure you send them the following details:

• Your branch's name

• Your CASS number

• Your email address

• Your telephone number

• Your branch's full address

• Your VAT (if the airline requires it)

Step 2: Enable Finnair offers on cargo.one

When the airline confirms your account creation is completed, they will provide you with an account number, your branch code. This is always a 13-digit alpha-numeric sequence (e.g.: ABCDEFGHJKBR1)
