Virgin Atlantic: How to create an account

Step 1: Register with Virgin Atlantic

To create an account with Virgin Atlantic and register your IATA CASS with them, all you need to do is click on the link below:

Once you are redirected to their website, please fill in the form and click on the "Submit" button at the end of the page.

Step 2: Enable Virgin Atlantic offers on cargo.one

When the airline confirms your account creation is completed, they will provide you with an account number, your CID/branch code. This is always a 13-digit alpha-numeric sequence (e.g.: ABCDEFGHJKBR1)

Once you have your CID code, please let us know at support@cargo.one and our Customer Support team will then take care of the enablement for you!
