Swiss WorldCargo: How to create an account

To create an account with Swiss WorldCargo and register your IATA CASS with them, follow the steps below according to where you are based.

To register with this airline, please get in touch with us at support@cargo.one, sharing the following information:

• Your branch's name

• Your CASS number

• Your email address

• Your telephone number

• Your branch's full address

• Your VAT (if the airline requires it)

Enable Swiss WorldCargo offers on cargo.one

When the airline confirms your account creation is completed, they will provide you with an account number, your PIMA code. This is always a 13-digit alpha-numeric sequence (e.g.: ABCDEFGHJKBR1)

Once you have the PIMA code, you can enable their offers on cargo.one by following these easy steps:

1. Log in to cargo.one and go to the tab "Airline Rates"
2. Perform a search via the CASS number you have just registered, selecting a lane offered by Cargolux
3. Find the airline in the list and click on "Get access"
   
   

4. The system will ask you to type the account number; make sure there are no typos.
