Have you signed up for a cargo.one account but you need some guidance on how to place your first bookings? We've got you! πŸ˜‰

In the Airline Rates tab, you'll be able to enter your shipment details and instantly receive offers from our partner airlines that meet your criteria. This will reflect their live availability and rates, allowing you to book your shipment in a matter of seconds!

Before you start searching, make sure you are registered with the airline you want to book with. In case you need help with any airline registration, or you simply need us to enable their offers for you, you can find the procedure below:

How can I search for Airline Rates?

  1. After you log in to cargo.one, select the Airline Rates tab:

2. Insert your shipment details, in the boxes provided.

3. Select the type of service you need, as shown below:

Depending on the service level you choose, the system will customize the results shown.

4. Once every detail has been inserted, click the button "Get Airline Rates".

The platform will now show you a list of airlines and available offers at the time of the search (dynamic rates), according to your search criteria. This gives you the chance to compare real-time quotes across multiple airlines in a few seconds ;)

Below the grid view you can see every flight option individually.

5. If you wish to filter the offers to make your search more specific, you can use the filters on top of the grid. The system also shows you a preview of our cheapest, best, and earliest offer:

Under Best, you'll find flights ranked to give you the best trade-off between price and routing, based on factors including price, number of stops, duration and arrival time πŸ…

6. Choose the most suitable offer by clicking on it, and you'll be redirected to that quote's summary, where you can see ETD and ETA, flights schedule, booking details, and price breakdown.

7. Ready to book? Now it's the AWB turn, and here is a useful Help Center link for you:

Insert an AWB number from your stock or use the auto-assigned function if available, and click on Book Now πŸŽ‰

All done! You will receive an email notification with the status of the booking in your inbox.

Congrats! You have now successfully placed an Airline Rate booking on cargo.one πŸš€
