On cargo.one you can find different types of offers, and among these are Agent Rates 🗺️
In other words, we're referring to import bookings.
Our valuable pro customers with storefront provide their offers from the country they are based in, to allow agents from all over the world to directly book with them via cargo.one.
A process that used to take hours or even days now takes seconds!
How does it work?
Agent Rates allows you to search and book airfreight and/or local charges from other agents, across the incoterms, from China, Japan, India, USA, Mexico, Germany, and many more countries.
To start searching, click on the Agent Rates tab, and add your shipment details.

2. As soon as you have filled in every field, click on Get Agent Rates to see the magic happen!
3. Each of these offers are associated with a Local Agent, which is indicated in the right-hand panel, and will update depending on which offer you'd like to book.
The available offers will be displayed on the left side of the screen, and can be organized according to your needs; you can filter by selecting the airline’s service level, filtering for airlines, stops and the latest arrival date
4. In case more than one pro customer with storefront is available for the same offer, you can easily compare their rates by clicking on View Rates.

Can I change the displayed currency?
Yes, you can!
On the top right side of your screen, you can find the currency button:
This feature is really helpful to see how much the cost would be in your preferred currency.
However, please note that below the Book Now button, you can see the original currency and final price of the offer, in which you will be invoiced by the agent you're booking with.
How can I place an Agent Rate booking?
It's never been easier 😉
Select the quote you want to book
On the right side, you'll see the final details with the price breakdown
Click on Book Now, and that's it!
You and the agent you booked with, will receive an email confirmation with your shipment details. There, you'll also find the agent contact details, to facilitate communication with them.
Upon booking, you can also share the shipper's details directly from cargo.one platform, which will be sent to the pro customers with storefront.
