We strongly encourage you to manage your bookings on cargo.one as best as you can before the LAT ⏰, this way you have full control of your booking without having to contact the airline ✈️.

However, things happen and we understand if changes or cancellations come after the LAT has passed. In the event you need to update or cancel your booking post-LAT, please reach out to the airline directly. You can find their contact details here.

Please note that your originally booked rate may be subject to change based on new availability, capacity, and details.

In case you need to rebook your shipment entirely, after the LAT has passed, you can always make a new search with the new details by clicking on "Get rates", and after your new booking is confirmed, you can reach out to the airline asking to cancel the old booking.
