How can I update or cancel my booking?

As the saying goes πŸ—£οΈ, "Things change" and that especially rings true when it comes to our shipment 🚚 details.

You should be able to update or cancel any pre-LAT bookings, but there are specific cases when this is not possible. Please check the below article for more information:

Please note for any updates or cancellations post-LAT, you'll need to reach out to the airlines directly to complete the update or cancellation. You can find the correct airline contacts here.

Although we facilitate the booking process, the bookings are still done in the airline's system and we unfortunately don't have access to these. This means there will be times when you won't be able to make updates or cancellations through the 'bookings' section πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ


Is there something I cannot update after I placed a booking? 🚫

Yes. There are a few things that cannot be changed after a booking has been placed, these are:

  • Product

  • AWB number

  • AWB type

  • Screening

  • Route

  • Incoterm

In case you need to change one of the above, the correct procedure is to cancel your shipment and book it again with the updated details. This is to avoid any kind of discrepancy and possible issues with the booking information.


How do I update my booking?

Should you need to change your shipment's

  • drop-off date,

  • dimensions,

  • weight, or

  • cargo type

Follow these steps πŸ‘£:

  1. Go to Bookings
    ​

  2. Locate the booking you want to update

  3. Click Change or cancel > Change booking

  4. The Get Quotes page will reappear prompting you to update your details accordingly.

  5. Once your details are updated, click Check Availability. If there is availability, your current booking will appear on the left, followed by the new offer on the right for easier comparison.

  6. Should you wish to complete the update, simply click Update Booking….

  7. Et voila! πŸŽ‰ booking updated

Note: If there is no availability for your current flight, the system will show you an offer for the next best flight.


How do I cancel my booking?

Should you need to cancel your booking, simply:

  1. Go to Bookings

  2. Locate the booking you want to cancel

  3. Click Change or cancel > Cancel booking

  4. Select/specify your reason for cancelling and complete your cancellation

  5. Done! βœ… booking cancelled
