You might know this already, but to book an offer with any of our partner airlines, you'll need first an AWB stock assigned by them to your CASS number.

This being said, on cargo.one we also have the AWB-less functionality, which allows you to book on the spot with an AWB number provided by the airline at the time of the booking. Only certain airlines have it, meaning that if you don't see this option while placing the booking, it is not available with that specific carrier. If you see it, try it out! ;)

How do I request a new AWB stock?

Once you are registered with an airline, you can directly reach out to them and request a new stock so you can start booking. Remember to let them know your:

  • Branch's name

  • CASS number

Below, you'll find a list of our partner airlines and the relevant contacts to address your request to depending on your Country:

  • EMEA: Europe, Middle East, and Africa

  • NOAM: North America

  • APAC: Asia Pacific
