How do I register with an airline?

With cargo.one you can compare and book rates from 40+ airlines ✈️ and in order to see your favourite airline's offers on the cargo.one platform, you'll first need to register with them.

cargo.one facilitates the searching and booking process, but the bookings are still owned by the airlines ✈️ so it is necessary for you to be registered with them to be able to book with them.

You're half way there 🏃! You only need us to enable you to see and book their offers, follow the below steps 👣

  1. On cargo.one, navigate to Get Rates and fill in the details for a shipment.

  2. In the Offers section, you'll be able to request access for the airline you want.

  3. Our Customer Support team will process your request and you'll be able to see and book offers with your favourite airlines in no time.

    1. Note: This process may take up to 7 business days.

I am not registered yet

If you need to register with one or more airlines, on this page you'll find the procedure to follow for each of them. First find the airline you wish to register with, then the country where you are located for the right contact:

  • EMEA: Europe, Middle East, and Africa

  • NOAM: North America

  • APAC: Asia Pacific

Please make sure to send each airline you wish to register with, the following details:

  • Your branch's name

  • Your CASS number

  • Your email address

  • Your telephone number

  • Your branch's full address

  • Your VAT (if the airline requires it)

To register with them, first of all, you will need to place your first booking with El Al via our platform. If you need an AWB number, you can click here to find the right contact to address your request.

As soon as the booking has been placed, you can reach out to El Al asking to register an account with them.
