How do I register with an airline?

With cargo.one you can streamline your air cargo shipments by comparing and booking rates from over 200 airlines instantly ✈️ However, having a cargo.one account only won't make the magic happen.

While cargo.one makes searching and booking a breeze, airlines still manage their accounts creation process on their side.

To secure a spot with your preferred airline, you might need to create an account directly with them before booking through cargo.one.

You only need us to enable your account to see and book our partner airlines' offers, and here's how to let us know you need access:

  1. On cargo.one, navigate to Airline Rates and fill in your shipment details.

  2. Once done, click on Get Live Rates
    ​

  3. The system will now load the available offers according to your search criteria, and you will notice airlines have the Request access button next to them.

  4. Clicking on Request access for the airlines you already have an account with
    ​

  5. Our Customer Support team will process your request and you'll be able to see and book offers with your favourite airlines in the blink of an eye 😉

If you need to register with one or more airlines, on this collection you'll find the procedure and the contacts for each of them.

First, find the airline you wish to register with, then the zone & country where you are located:

EMEA

  • Europe (all countries)

  • Middle East (including countries like Iran, Turkey, and the Arabian Peninsula)

  • Africa (all countries)

AMERICAS

  • North America (Canada, United States, Mexico)

  • Central America (countries like Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama)

  • Caribbean (islands like Cuba, Jamaica, Puerto Rico)

  • South America (countries like Brazil, Argentina, Chile)

APAC

  • East Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Mongolia)

  • Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore)

  • South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan)

  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)

  • Some Pacific Islands (like Fiji, Papua New Guinea)

Make sure to send each airline you wish to register with, the following details:

  • Your branch's name

  • Your CASS number

  • Your email address

  • Your telephone number

  • Your branch's full address

  • Your VAT (if the airline requires it)
