Admin user requests update to your account with our Customer Support team here
We'll process the update and confirm once done 👍
For cargo.one pro customers
For our cargo.one pro customers, this is very easy! Just check who the current admin user is for your branch and ask them to follow the steps below.
All you need to do is to follow these steps 👣:
Request the current Admin user to make the update
Log in with the Admin account
Go to the Team setting page
Click on the three dots on the right side of the name of the user they want to deactivate
Confirm the deactivation of the user
