It can happen that your CASS number π§Ύ changes due to changes of station or similar, and it needs to be updated in your cargo.one account.

At the moment, and until we find a secure π way to allow our customers to self-update their CASS number, our customer support team will help if you need to update your CASS number.

1. Contact our Customer Support team here
2. provide us with the new CASS number and a one-liner from the station it belongs to, confirming that you are allowed to use this CASS number.
3. If it is a completely new CASS number, we may need to complete further validation checks through our Accounts team.

4. We will take care of the changes and confirm once completed π
5. Log yourself out and in again to your cargo.one account in order to confirm the changes.
