At cargo.one πŸš€ we want to empower our customers to own their bookings and this means ensuring you are able to easily track your shipments 🚚 through the cargo.one 'bookings' section.

In this section, you'll find all your and your branch's bookings with their current status. Below is a quick explanation of the different status you might see:

  • Pending: The booking arrived in our system and the airline needs to confirm it. Bookings made on cargo.one are usually immediately confirmed, but sometimes the airline might need to review it before sending a confirmation. This status will trigger a booking notification that you'll receive in your inbox.

  • Confirmed: The booking has been confirmed by the airline. This status will trigger a booking confirmation that you'll receive in your inbox.

  • Received: The shipment has been dropped off and arrived at the airline's warehouse for preparation. Always remember to drop off on time according to the LAT shown in our confirmation email, and that your physical shipment matches the dimensions and product types you entered in your booking to avoid rejections or cancellations.

  • Departed: The shipment has departed from the origin point, according to the schedule mentioned in our confirmation email.

  • Delivered: The shipment arrived at the destination point and the consignee can pick up the goods.

These statuses are directly taken from the airline's tracking website ✈️, and they will update on the cargo.one 'bookings' section according to the information we receive from the airline's system.

In case you notice a discrepancy between what you see on cargo.one tracking and the airline's tracking website, reach out to our Customer Support team here.
