Depending on your email and software provider, it can take a few seconds or minutes for the email to appear in your inbox π₯.
If you have made a new booking, update to an existing booking or cancelled a booking and you haven't received your email notification, follow these steps π£
Make sure to refresh your inbox and check both the spam (or junk) and promotional folders.
Should this be a recurring issue, we also advise you to verify with your IT or email provider if something is blocking/filtering emails coming from service@cargo.one
If, on your side, nothing is preventing these emails from being delivered and you still haven't gotten the email, contact us here and we'll have a look for you!
