We get it! With all the passwords we need to keep and remember these days 🧠, it's easy to forget one. Fear not, below are the steps 👣 to easily reset your password.
Navigate to the cargo.one login page https://app.cargo.one/login.
Find the "forgot your password?" link as shown below:
3. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link and it will take you to the following screen.
4. Fill in your email address and click on the red button saying "Send reset link".
5. You will immediately receive your Reset Password link in your inbox 📥.
Please note the link expires in 30 minutes, if it does, you can request a new one.
6. In the email you received, click on the red button called "Reset Password" or copy the link into your web browser.
7. You will be taken to a page where you can fill in the new password which needs to be a Minimum of 8 characters.
8. After setting the new password you will be taken to the login page where you will be able to log in with the newly assigned password.
