For this reason, on top of the password needed to log in, cargo.one has a new and extra secure login procedure that is simply based on your e-mail address. When you try to log in with a password and the system notices you haven’t verified your email address ✉️ in over 30 days 📆, we will trigger a verification email that you will need to click on before logging in.
How does it work?
1. Enter your registered email address on the login page https://app.cargo.one/login
2. Click on the 'Send me a login link' button shown below
3. You will receive an email from us with the subject "Your Login Link"
4. Click on the button 'Log in to cargo.one'
5. You are now safely logged in
6. The Login link expires after 1 hour if not clicked
We know this may feel cumbersome but we do this because we care about keeping your data secure 🔒. You can always provide your feedback here and we'll ensure we review and work on it.
I did not receive an email with the link.
Depending on your email and software provider, it can take a couple of seconds or minutes for the email ✉️ to show up in your inbox 📥.
Make sure to refresh your inbox if you didn't get the email, and check both the spam and promotional folders.
