This article explains the steps to take when you did not receive the registration, login or password reset link in your email.

You followed the steps we suggested to take in the previous articles to request a login, reset password or registration link, but it still hasn't been received in your Inbox. How can we help?

  • Be patient 🧘 Depending on your email and software provider, it can take up to 5 minutes for our reset password, login or registration link emails to land in your Inbox.

  • Check your spelling πŸ– Make sure there are no errors or typos in the email you wrote to request your reset password, registration or login link. If the email address looks good to go, request a second link.

    Note: Only company email addresses are accepted by the system. The requested email must contain your name/surname and your company domain.

  • Dig deep in your Inbox πŸ” If after 5 minutes you have still not received the link, please check your Spam, Junk or Promotional folders. It's also important for you to know that our emails come from service@cargo.one.

  • Ask your IT πŸ‘¨πŸΌβ€πŸ”§ Check with your IT or email provider that emails coming from service@cargo.one are not being blocked.
