How do I share an offer?
Run a search from the Airline Rates tab
Select one or more offers from the list view
Click the "Share" button you see in the right top corner
Select one or more colleagues to share the offers with.
Alternatively, you can manually type someone's email or copy the link to share your selected offers in the way you prefer 📨
Once you've clicked "Share offers", we'll send them an email informing them that you shared an offer with them! All they have to do is click "Retrieve quote" in the email to be redirected to the offer on cargo.one 🛫
Note: You can share a quote with everyone, but only users having a cargo.one account will be able to see it. In case you send a quote to someone who is not registered yet, they will have to create an account first 👨🏼🚀👩🏼🚀🚀You can find more information on how to open a cargo.one account by clicking here.
Sharing quotes is especially useful when there is a split between your sales and ops teams. If you find a good offer that you want ops to book, simply share it with them 😉
